AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LONG DISTANCE IQ

Long Distance IQ reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend member services without prior notice, to those who do not respect these General Conditions or perform acts that attempt against the normal functions of the website.
The User will be responsible for all activity of their account, whether they are authorized by you or not. You must notify Long Distance IQ immediately of any use without authorization of your account or password.
INDEMNITY
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any cost, liability, charge, penalties, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, court costs, and other costs of collection, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or incurred by us as a result of your default under this Agreement.
Long Distance IQ has the power to issue warnings, temporary suspensions and permanent cancellations of registered users for maluse of the website. Long Distance IQ reserves the right to use all legal means available to it in the event that you infringe any of these conditions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Long Distance IQ reserves the right to modify these General Conditions in whole or in part at any time. In case of any modification, Long Distance IQ will notify the users of any changes made via email.
By using Long Distance IQ and agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are also agreeing to abide by our Privacy Policy, and all other agreements and policies posted on this site. Long Distance IQ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate a users account at any time.
REFUND POLICY
Since we are a service driven website we cannot provide refunds once the consultation has taken place, but we can reschedule another date for you.
